Les Owen recently conducted a training course in Managing Discipline for the Senior Managers at S.A Rugby in Cape Town.

Employment Equity Committee Training

These are the delegates who attended our Employment Equity Committee Training at Richards Bay Minerals.
The course is highly interactive.  it is an essential component of the development of successful Employment Equity Committee.  In terms of the Employment equity Act members of the Committee have specific obligations and duties to perform.  These obligations include the signing off of the Annual Employment Equity Plan and the Employment Equity Report.  The Employer is also obliged to consult with the Committee when compiling a Plan and the Report.

Our training programme entitled effective Negotiation skills has gone international.
For many years, Les Owen has been considered an expert trainer in negotiation skills in South Africa.  This status received international acknowledgement when he was invited to train Arab delegates in the fine art of negotiation from the 9th to 11th June 2009.  He facilitated the programme for a group of 12 delegates from the National Oil Refinery of Abu Dhabi
