Our 3 photos show some of the delegates who participated in the Owen Adendorff Negotiating Skills Programme held recently in Kuwait City.
The delegates are all recently graduated Engineers who are being placed in Engineering business in numerous parts of the world. They all attended a 3 month course at the Kuwait Fund’s offices in Kuwait City.
The purpose of the 3 month course is to introduce them to the Business World. Our Commercial Negotiating Training Course was the final module of their 3 months.
The present Global Finance crisis is now hurting many South African Companies. This has caused many organizations to begin retrenching employees.
Employers who retrench employees and employees themselves need to be aware of what employers must do when retrenching employees.
